Tom Laterveer is the founder of Animo, a Berlin-based company specialized in teamwork. He has 5 years of experience in building team environments in which teams are effective, engaged and able to work better together on innovative and exciting ideas. On an individual level, he helps team members to understand their own needs and how to deal with stress, uncertainty, and pressure. Next to his teamwork experience, he has worked as a creative facilitator of innovation projects for, e.g. Deutsche Bahn, EY, ProQR Therapeutics and BNP Paribas.
